Their 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is located in Carson, CA. They have six extrusion lines, 6 cablers, 16 braiders and a variety of additional wire and cable manufacturing equipment. They have laser micrometers on all of their extrusion equipment as well as a video microscope, spark testers, hi-pot texting, continuity testing and a color spectrometer to ensure that their customers get the exact product that they ordered.
Coast offers excellent pricing, engineering and design assistance, scheduled deliveries, no minimum billing or quantity, your company name and/or part number printed on the cable at no charge, and the outer jacket any color of your choosing. They also have a variety of UL/CSA/CE approvals.
