Benchtop ULTRA™ Dispensing Systems: Specify to increase production yieldsby applying accurate, consistent amounts of any assembly fluid. Units includeair-powered and microprocessor-based fluid dispensers and a complete rangeof application-specific, certified industrial dispensing components. All componentsare produced in an EFD silicone-free facility.
Dispense Valve Systems: Specify for automated production lines requiring precisionadhesive dispensing stations. Precision machined by EFD, these valve systemsoffer accurate fluid deposit control. These low-maintenance valve systems offerthe highest degree of reliability on the market. Can also be used in benchtopapplications where fluid use requires 1.0 to 5.0 liter tanks. Solder Paste: EFD SolderPlus® and PrintPlus® solder paste, and FluxPlus™ paste flux products are a leading choice for printed circuit assembly and electro-mechanical soldering. Printing and dispensing formulations available in a range of alloys including lead-free with no-clean, water-soluble and RMA flux. SolderPlus solder paste is formulated for air or valve dispensing including micro-deposits, and the EFD Solder Paste Group is ISO9001 certified for easy documentation.
MicroCoat® Lubrication Systems: Designed to provide fine, uniform lubricationusing low volume low pressure technologies. Often used in metal stamping operationswhere uniform coats of lubricant are required for best press performance andlower tool sharpening costs.
