Quality Assurance

In order to assure stringent adherence to the highest quality standards, JMC employs the latest computer-controlled manufacturing practices, state of the art Quality Control procedures, and precision instrumentation and measuring devices.

Their Quality system is certified with ISO and QS9000. Their process starts with a Product Approval PPAP process and Safety approval such as UL and CUL. The product is carefully tested to verify performance to specifications using guidelines from MIL-STD-105D. Testing includes acoustic, function, balance, speed, airflow, burn-in and life testing. Field support includes a complete process for failure analysis and worldwide SQE service. Their continuous improvement process includes a safe launch program and closed loop communication between customer feedback and factory lines.

Their Austin facility is 25,000 square feet in area providing proficient inventory turn over to meet each customer's needs. They are proud to offer valuable business experience in build to order and build to plan to each of their clients, and their production capacity allows for fast, high-volume ramping, when necessary. JMC establishes its logistic system based on customer needs. Their logistic resources include direct ship or drop ship, worldwide hub management, revolver inventory, and inventory stocked at customer location, all based on customer's needs.

JMC China - Schenzhen City, China
JMC China is located in Shenzhen City, China. Their production plant is over 170,000 square feet in size with more than 700 employees. JMC China manufactures over 1 million fans and blowers per month with a capacity for 3 million per month. And JMC manufactures over 300,000 heat sinks per month. JMC's products are superior in quality and reliability as their manufacturing facility is certified to ISO 9002 and 14001 standards. All of their products are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed UL, C-UL, and TUV regulatory standards.
