SIGHT FLOW INDICATORS

John C. Ernst Company has a wide range of Sight Flow Indicators available in stock up to 8??? Flanged. They are available in Double Window or Full View styles, and in a variety of materials such as 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Bronze, Iron, and other alloys. Also available are Teflon, Tezel, and PFA Lined Sight Flow Indicators. Sanitary Sight Flows are also available.

FLOW METERS

John C. Ernst Co. has a Flow Meter for a variety of applications, such as water, steam, acid, chemicals, air, gases, and high viscosity fluids. These flow meters can be Dial type, Digital with Total and Rate displays, Shuttle type, Variable area, Differential Pressure, and Positive Displacement Oval Gear type for high or varying viscosity fluids. Flow meters are available with 4-20mA transmitters, remote readout, pulse signals, can be field calibrated for fluids other than water, and can be battery operated when input power is not an option. We now have a Digital Flow Meter in PVDF Housing for aggressive chemicals.

LIQUID LEVEL GAUGES

John C. Ernst Company has a liquid level gauge to fit your application. Level gauges can be engineered for small tank applications to tanks over 25 feet high. They come in low-pressure glass and rod arrangements to shielded gauges for increased safety protection and increased pressures, and armored Reflex and Transparent Gauges for high-pressure steam/water applications. For those highly corrosive applications, or where glass is not an option magnetic gauges are available in a variety of configurations.

CLEAR TEFLON INDICATORS

John C. Ernst Company now has Clear Teflon Sight Flow Indicators up to 4??? Flanged sizes and also available with Tri-Clover Sanitary end connectors. They are supplied as Caged for increased pressures or Un-Caged. These Clear Teflon Indicators can also be used as Level Gauges for tank level indicators.

METAGLAS®

METAGLAS® Sight Glass has proven to be the solution for standard sight glass problems. This mechanically pre-stressed glass, fused with a dimensionally adapted metal frame ring is an alternative to conventionally annealed and tempered glass discs. The advantage for these glasses is the glass will not be subjected to sudden or unexpected rupture. They are also designed with Tri-Clamp connections so they can be mounted directly to a sanitary ferrule.
