| Kooltronic, Inc. was founded in 1956 to fill the need for cooling in the emerging electronics and computer industries. The Company pioneered the development of specialized blowers and fans as well as closed-loop cooling for harsh industrial applications, with the first specially-designed Air Conditioners and Heat Exchangers for sealed enclosures introduced in the early 1960s. Since then, Kooltronic has evolved into a substantial technology company, specializing in the innovative design and production of both forced ventilation and closed-loop cooling for all types of enclosures containing electronic, medical, industrial, telecommunication and other heat-producing equipment. More recently the Company has established the TherMax Division which entered the growing thermal-energy recycling ventilator industry serving the developing Indoor Air Quality market.
Facilities
The Company's headquarters in Pennington, New Jersey, and the Ventura, California facility total over 200,000 square feet. Both locations include groups of highly trained engineers who have the expertise to serve their customers' needs, as well as sales, manufacturing, warehousing and offices. Computers are used extensively in the design and development of products and sheet metal components. Both manufacturing departments include computerized fabrication, tooling, and painting capabilities as well as assembly and testing. In 1996 a modern 170,000 square foot headquarters plant and office on an 80 acre Corporate Campus was acquired for expansion.

Every Kooltronic employee, field representative and distributor is dedicated to total customer satisfaction. The experienced cooling applications specialists and design engineers at each Kooltronic location are ready to help with any cooling or air delivery problem. They can assist with model selection, placement, accessories and options, modification, or custom-design to achieve the optimum solution for your application. In addition, they have access to Kooltronic's vast reservoir of previously-designed custom units, which frequently provide the ideal solution to a difficult cooling problem. If an in-stock item is indicated, a sample is available for 30 days evaluation in your application, under your conditions, to validate the choice.
Stocking Program
Substantial inventories of popular models in every product category are in stock and ready to ship, within 24 hours when needed. They participate in Just-In-Time programs with numerous customers for standard units, as well as volume custom-designed products.
Quality Assurance
In order to assure stringent adherence to the highest quality standards, they employ the latest computer-controlled manufacturing practices, state of the art Quality Control procedures, and precision instrumentation and measuring devices. All technical and production employees are trained members of their Quality Assurance Team.
