Terms of Sale
They will ship all orders UPS/COD until satisfactory credit is established with them by furnishing four trade references and one bank reference. A credit application will be supplied upon request. They also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER credit cards. They have a $25.00 minimum sale for credit cards. Proper authorization must be received from the issuing card supplier to charge purchases by credit card.

Limited Waranty
Metric Screw & Tool Company (MSTC) will warranty all products sold which have not been changed from the state in which they are sold, only to the original purchaser, a purchaser for resale, or for use by an original equipment manufacturer. Products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year from date of purchase from MSTC. Any part which is determined by MSTC to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced, or at MSTC's option, the purchase price may be refunded, provided all provisions of the warranty are followed.
