Quotations
If the service you require from Micro Plastics involves a quotation for the part that is not included in their standard catalog. Molded in a special material, a color match, or a new part design that requires tooling fabrication, feel free to contact Customer Care. They will promptly process your quote to meet your needs.

Tooling Fabrication
Micro Plastics operates their own Tooling Fabrication Department equipped with the finest state of the art EDM, wire EDM, CNC mills, machining centers and finishing equipment. The Toolmakers in their operations possess skilled technical training and experience to provide you with quality tooling to manufacture the parts you need to your unique specifications. In addition, their Engineering Design personnel can interface with your designers to maximize the quality and accuracy of the finished product you desire via Solid Works design software.

Shipping
Micro Plastics' large inventory and computer operated Shipping Department can help provide the competitive advantage you require by ensuring that your orders are received within the delivery criteria you specify. They offer same day shipping on orders of three items or less from stock. Specific shipping requirements can be arranged through their Customer Care Department.

Custom Tooling
Micro Plastics provides a complete turnkey in-house system starting from part design to final production. Their services includes 3D model generation, in-house mold construction, short-run to high-volume quantities, rapid prototyping capability, lead times as short as 2 weeks for some parts, color-matching, secondary operations including assembly, threading & adhesive tape application, and custom labels & packaging including bar codes.
