PHOENIX TRIPLE IR FLAME DETECTOR

Net Safety's Phoenix flame detector delivers safety, security and performance - the protection you can trust! The Phoenix reacts to the IR radiation found in hydrocarbon fires and is immune to hot body radiation, lightning, arc welding and sunlight.

The Phoenix will only alarm when input conditions from three distinct IR wavelengths found in fires are satisfied. The Phoenix also incorporates our unique Automatic Digital Zoom (ADZ) technology to enhance detection of all flame types and sizes. The three IR sensors, our ADZ technology, the user selectable sensitivity, and the time delay settings extend detection range and provide unparalleled false alarm immunity.

NO REFLECTOR! This unique feature greatly reduces maintenence by completely eliminating the possiblity of deflector errors, cleaning, and the eventual replacement due to corrosion. Our patented Automatic Visual Integrity testing technology continuously checks optical surfaces for contaminants while at the same time verifying functionality of the sensors and circuitry.

The Phoenix comes standard with an explosion-proof housing and adjustable swivel. You choose from analog, relay or digital output - just let us know your requirements!

Net Safety has engineered a superior and affordable, multi-spectrum IR flame detector that is simple to operate and maintain while delivering all the security and performance required for high-risk industrial installations!

ULTRA-VIOLET/INFRARED FLAME DETECTOR
Net Safety's ultra-violet (UV), infrared (IR) flame detector delivers protection you can trust - the protection you need! The detector reacts to both the UV and IR radiation found in most fires, delivering accurate and reliable fire monitoring. As an added advantage, the UV/IRS does not react when exposed to arc welding, hot body radiation, lightning or sunlight. And, because two spectrums of radiation must be recognized and confirmed for the UV/IRS to initiate a fire condition, false alarms are virtually eliminated.

Enclosed in a rugged, explosion-proof housing, the UV/IRS uses the latest in microprocessor and UV/IR sensor technology. It is capable of stand-alone operation or can be connected to a variety of control devices to create a dependable fire monitoring system. The user can define sensitivity and time delay settings and the built-in testing routines ensure continous operation.

The UV/IRS has a Field of View of up to 120 degrees and is available with analog or analog/relay output configurations for 12 or 24 VDC systems - just let us know your requirements!

Net Safety's UV/IRS flame detector is certified to ATEX (CE Ex II 2 G, Ex d II B+H2 T5) and Factory Mutual Performance Standards, also CSA rated Class I, Division 1 for hazardous locations. In other words, Net Safety's UV/IRS flame detector delivers first-class security and performance that adhere to internationally recognized standards, and can be used anywhere the International Electric Code (IEC) is strictly imposed.

Net Safety has once again engineered a cost effective, high-performance flame detector, ideal for even the most high-risk, industrial applications!

MILLENNIUM CATALYTIC BEAD COMBUSTIBLE GAS DETECTOR
mill_catbead_gas The Millennium Series is an innovative line of industrial gas detectors. Its microcontroller provides fast, accurate and continuous monitoring of gases in extreme environments.

Using a modular design, Millennium products can easily develop and adapt to changing requirements, regulations and available technologies. No need to redesign an entire system - simply replace one inexpensive "personality module" with another. Not only will the new "personality module" provide additional or enhanced functionality, it will easily integrate into your existing system.

The compact and explosion-proof Millennium features a power disconnect switch to simplify maintenance, a scrolling LED display for calibration and configuration and meter jacks for easy current loop monitoring. The internal circuitry is equally well designed with performance enhancing proprietary circuits and firmware.

The best designers, technologies and components make Net Safety products responsive, precise, and reliable in the most extreme conditions.

We provide products at a competitive price, with superior functionality and demonstrated effectiveness.

A full range of gases and custom configurations are available (ppm ranges etc.). Please consult our Sales Department.
