Fantom 30 Watt OEM CO2 Laser Marking System

The Fantom F-30 is a world class CO2 Laser Marking and Engraving System for OEM integration and stand alone operation on manufacturing and assembly lines.

The F-30 is dimensionally the smallest CO2 laser marking system available on the market today. Wave  guide resonator provides the smallest available physical dimensions and highest power/weight ratio.

Up to 1000 characters per second writing speed brings F-30 to the level of the fastest marking systems in the industry.

The F30SP is completely sealed and requires no gas connections. It is air cooled and does not require any water lines.

Combination of a low M2 high-quality laser beam and a unique fast rising square wave pulsing characteristics allows smaller focus spot sizes. The F30SP laser can be pulsed at repetition rates of up to 25kHz.

SBM 1200 Fiber Laser Cutting and Engraving System

SBM1200FL - is a flatbed multipurpose fiber laser cutting and engraving system built from state of the art technology with customizable fiber laser power and a highly advanced direct drive motion and control platform with a high pressure cutting head.

This system will achieve a level of quality and detail that is unprecedented in the industry for laser cutting and engraving. It can cut/engrave stainless steel, mild steel, copper, brass, aluminum, leather, non transparent plastics, plaques, create stencils, and more. It has a replaceable nesting basket and can perform effective N2 or O2 gas-assisted cutting under pressures of up to 250 PSI. Ease of installation gives the system “plug-and-play” characteristics and a quick startup time.

The SBM1200FL will help quicken production time and lower manufacturing costs. This fiber laser reduces the cost of ownership, maintenance, and dramatically improves overall production quality.

Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System

The new Hand-Held Fiber Laser Marking System is the industry’s first 12/24 volt hand held fiber laser system.

The standard configuration of the handheld marking system allows for many different options to meet any production need. This extremely versatile unit can be moved easily for convenient operation from any location and is capable of marking materials ranging in size from miniscule to considerably large equipment that would not fit into traditional marking systems. Additional features include ease of installation allowing for quick start-up and graphical-based programming for a minimal learning curve. Requirements beyond those listed above will be quoted upon request.

Due to the increasingly worldwide nature and importance of the optics/electro-optics industry, detector/sensors industry, components industry, and materials industry, the United States government and the Department of Homeland Security initiated a variety of programs where lasers became an essential part of present and future defense applications. In the private sector, a variety of government contractors elected to use lasers and advanced optics to comply with strict government regulations.
