We manufacturer made-to-order or custom precision springs and wire forms. We also can be a more economical source for standard or catalog springs when your quantities get above 500 pieces per order. We specialize in small to medium quantity orders (1 to 500,000 pieces) that require short lead times (2 to 4 weeks) and high quality. We are ISO 9001:2000 registered.
We will work with your engineers to help solve problems you are having with your spring or wire form. Many times we can quickly solve your problem if we see the mating part of where the spring or wire form functions. We try to give you quick responses to all of your calls, e-mails, and faxes (RFQs, order acknowledgments, and order expediting). This type of communication makes your job easier.
When you need parts in less than 2 weeks, ask us for Rush Service. We will let you know if we can meet your rush requirements and what the additional charge will be.

We manufacture wire forms with a wire diameter of 0.008” all the way up to 0.500” (0.20 mm to 12.7 mm). Wire Forms typically are parts made from round wire that are bent to have specific angles and lengths. Most springs have a helix or spiral shape consisting of a group of coils, and wire forms typically do not.
We use technologically advanced CNC wire formers, four-slides, tabletop benders, kick presses, and hand jigs to make wire forms. In addition to forming your wire form, we offer secondary operations such as thread, chamfer, swage, drill, tap, machine, and weld. We take care of any finishing required, such as stress relieve, heat treat, shot peen, tumble, plate, powder coat, passivate, electropolish, dye or paint, bake enamel, and plastic coat. We can also assemble them into your mating part, or special pack them to prevent tangling. If you wish to test your design with a Rapid Prototype, this is one of the engineering services that we offer.

We manufacture and grind compression springs with a wire diameter of 0.008” up to 0.148” (0.20 mm to 3.76 mm). The most common compression spring is a straight cylindrical spring. There are also conical, barrel, and hourglass compression springs, as well as constant and variable pitch.
We use technologically advanced CNC and automatic coiling machines to manufacture compression springs. We grind compression springs (ground ends) with wire diameters as low as .008” and up to .148”. We take care of any finishing required, such as stress relieve, shot peen, plate, powder coat, passivate, electropolish, dye or paint, bake enamel, and plastic coat. We can also assemble them into your mating part, or special pack them to prevent tangling. If you wish to test your design with a Rapid Prototype, this is one of the engineering services that we offer.

We manufacture extension springs with a wire diameter of 0.008” up to 0.192” (0.20 mm to 4.87 mm). Common extension spring ends are twist, cross center, side loops, and extended hooks. We also manufacture swivel hooks, flat stock hooks, and more.
We use technologically advanced CNC formers, coiling machines, and looping machines to manufacture extension springs. We take care of any finishing required, such as stress relieve, shot peen, plate, powder coat, passivate, electropolish, dye or paint, bake enamel, and plastic coat. We can also assemble them into your mating part, or special pack them to prevent tangling. We manufacture torsion springs with a wire diameter of 0.008” up to 0.192” (0.20 mm to 4.87 mm). There are single-bodied torsion springs and double-bodied torsion springs (double torsion).
We use technologically advanced CNC formers to manufacture torsion springs.
