Piezoelectric materials - langasite wafers, langatate sensor blanks
Langasite (LGS) is a unique piezoelectric crystal, possessing unique physical properties that can be used in piezoelectronics.
Langasite as compared to Quartz, Lithium niobate and Lithium tantalate has lesser anisotropy of longitudinal expansion coefficients that is important for high temperature application.
Langasite substrates are used in producing of SAW and BAW filters, resonators and other piezodevices.
