DRY TEMPERATURE CALIBRATOR

Model DPI-1100 is a light weight, portable model suitable for the calibration & testing of sensors, thermometers and switches between 50.0 to 600.0 0C. Heated Block is made from AB alloy , Fuzzy Logic Controller for temperature control. Accuracy is 0.80C, stability is +/-0.20C.Supplied along with calibration certificate traceable to National & International standards.

Model DPI-1000 is also a light weight, portable model suitable for the calibration & testing of sensors, thermometers and switches between -30.0 to 90.0 0C. Cooled & Heated Block is made from Aluminium , Peltier Cooler for cooling & Fuzzy Logic Controller for temperature control. Accuracy is 0.1 0C, stability is +/-0.05C and resolution is 0.01.Supplied along with calibration certificate traceable to National & International standards.

Model DPI-1200 is a Table Top Calibration Furnace suitable for the calibration & testing of sensors, thermometers and switches between 100.0 to 1200 0C. Heated Block is made from Ceramic Block , APM wires for heater & Fuzzy Logic Controller for temperature control. Accuracy is 3.0 0C, stability is +/-1.0 C and resolution is 1.0.Supplied along with calibration certificate traceable to National & International standards.

DEAD WEIGHT TESTER

Model DPI-2100 Dead Weight Tester is suitable for the testing and calibration of Pressure Gauges and Pressure Switches. Available is single or dual piston models and available in different ranges. The accuracy is 0.1% for basic models and high accurate models having an accuracy of 0.05% is also available. Supplied along with calibration certificate traceable to National & International standards.

DIGITAL PRESSURE CALIBRATOR

THIS CALIBRATOR APPLIES THE PASCAL'S LAW IN ITS USE. PRESSURE IS APPLIED ON THE LIQUID INSIDE THE CYLINDER OF THE SCREW PUMP BY THE MOVEMENT OF THE PISTON. PRESSURE GETS TRANSMITTED TO BOTH LIMBS EQUALLY AND IF A MASTER GAUGE IS CONNECTED ON ONE LIMB AND A TEST GAUGE ON THE OTHER LIMB, THEN BOTH SHOULD SHOW THE GENERATED PRESSURE EQUALLY. IF NOT, THE TEST GAUGE IS ADJUSTED. ACCURACY OF THE DIGITAL GAUGE IS 0.05% AND RANGE AVAILABLE IS 0 TO 700 BAR.

CALIBRATION TEST BENCH

DPI - 5000 Series Calibration & Test Bench is an ideal calibration and test set up which will meet the calibration requirement of any industry in total. The design is modular and the Calibration & Test Bench can be installed with few necessary modules initially and additional requirement can be added as & when the requirement arises. The Dimensions of the test bench varies depending upon the configuration. A full Calibration & Test Bench will include the following.

1.      Variable A/C Power Supply
Provides a variable 8 A rated A.C output Voltage (Higher Ampere rating model is also available)

2.      Variable DC Power Supply
       Provides a variable (0 to 120VDC) 5 A rated D.C output voltage (Higher Ampere rating model is also available)

3.      61/2 Digits Multimeter (Agilent make)

4.      Dry Block Tmeperature Calibrator

5.      Low Temperature Dry Block Calibrator
