Scenic® Precise Element Inc. was established in 1986.  ISO-9001 certified since 2002, we specialized in design and manufacturing of Mechanical Seals; research and development of anti-fretting silicon Carbide, Tungsten, Carbon graphite and related parts.  During the past two decades, we have always been staying true to our believe of providing the most advance design, user friendly seals and great value mechanical seals to customers.
