Spray drying equipment

Rotary calciner furnaces

Rotary calciners are designed for continuous processing such as reduction and calcinations of metal powders under controlled atmosphere at temperature up to 1050℃。

    Rotary calciner is a kind of continuous equipment, in which feeding and dumping is automatic. It operates continuously by 3 shift a day. It has large productive output and better automation. It is also easy to operate and maintain with high efficiency. The furnace consists of furnace body, transmission device and electric control unit as well as dust remover.

Double chamber vacuum oil quenching gas cooling furnace

Double chamber vacuum oil quenching gas cooling furnace is mainly used for bright quenching of materials like alloy steel, alloy tool steel, die steel, high-speed steel, bearing steel, elastic alloy, stainless steel etc, and also for sintering, bright annealing and vacuum brazing of magnetic material. Graphite rod is used as heating element which has the advantage of long service life time. The furnace adopts mechanical transmission, which is accurate and reliable; it employs humanized operation design, which can realize manual, partition and fully automatic operation

Mesh belt furnaces

Mesh belt furnaces fabricated by DENLI are continuous resistance furnaces tailored to PM industry for the sintering of PM articles or reduction of metal powders. Belt furnaces consist of furnace body, belt conveying system and temperature control system.
       Furnace body includes feeding zone, pre-sintering zone, sintering zone, slow cooling zone, water cooling zone and unloading zone.
       Belt convey system consists of high temperature resistant mesh and transmission devices, in which mesh speed is adjustable by a frequency adjustor and mesh speed is readable on the digital measure device.
       Temperature control system includes thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.

Steel belt conveyor furnaces

 Steel belt conveyor furnaces are tailored to PM industry for the reduction of Fe, Cu, Co, Mo and W metal powders from respective oxides, also for the calcination and final reduction of Cobalt oxilate, APT and other metal salines.

       The equipment has a large output and a relatively simple structure and it is easy to adjust process parameters and control product quality, so it has been used as upgrading equipment replacing the old generation of furnaces, such as two-tube, four-tube and multi-tube reduction furnaces. It consists of feeding, reduction, slow cooling, cooling and unloading zones.
       Feeding zone includes feeding platform and entrance to muffle. On feeding platform there is a small feeding cart shuffling right and left to ensure well distributed feeding on the steel strip.
       The muffle in reduction zone is made of SUS310S high temperature resistant stainless steel. The muffle shell is corrugated to increase its strength and is placed on a SiC plate, on which the muffle slides as it expands when heated.
       Entrance at the feeding zone is sealed hermetically by a roller or by a gas curtain+ fiber curtain, leading to small gas consumption and nice seal.
       Material convey system consists of steel belt, transmitting device and multi-grade tension device. The belt speed is adjustable through the stepless frequency regulator.
      Temperature close-loop control system includes thermocouples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperatures.
