Mastars utilizes state-of-the-art CAD/CAM Technologies (CNC) to provide high-quality parts in a variety of machinable plastics and metals.

Vacuum casting (Urethane Casting) parts
We offer the Vacuum Casting (Urethane Casting) prototypes and limited production runs to create parts with production-like aesthetics and material properties. This pattern-based process allows Mastars to create reproductions in Silicone Rubber tools that emulate the color, texture and feel of production plastic parts .

The Tooling Division fabricates all the molds and dies. More than 60% molds are delivered to US and European countries. The highly skilled workforce have a range of computer controlled equipment at their disposal, including the fully automated and high precision CNC Machine Center, CNC Wire Cutting Machine, CNC Electrical Discharge Machine, Lathe, Milling, Grinding and Drilling Machines which provide dimensional accuracy and flexibility. Fully integrated with the CAD/CAM system, these machines provide efficient and reliable tooling support in the production process.

Plastic injection molding plays an important role in our manufacturing process. The clamping force of our 60 injection molding machines, range from 20 tons to a powerful 650 tons. Maximum tool capability: 10Ton weight .Mastars is able to provide various services from precision injection for micro-sized products to injection of large plastic products. All our plastic manufacturing facilities, materials and products conform to world class quality stardard.

Our die casting factory was located in NingBo& Suzhou city with total 8300 ㎡. In order to provide the best service and high quality products to customers, we have invested high quality die casting machines, it covered the full range from locking tonnages from 80ton -850ton.
