TTB Series Slant Bed CNC Lathe

The 45 degree slant bed is one-piece manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron, tempered and stress relieved. This results in maximum stability of structural material and deformation-free performance for years.

The structure is analyzed by 3D Finite Element Analysis to achieve superior rigidity of structure, while reducing structure deformation to a minimum.

Extra wide box ways on X, Z-axis. The box way surfaces are hardened, precision ground, then coated with Turate-B. These box ways provide outstanding wear resistance and make the machine ideal for heavy cutting.

TLV Series Vertical Machining Center

The volumetric lubricator provides uniform lubrication on each lubricating point. It fully avoids uneven lubrication problems, while extending wear-resistant media and machine life.

To meet customers’ requirements, the machine provides all linear ways on 3 axes or box ways on Z-axis to choose from. The various way types are designed for machining efficiency and stability.

High precision class C3 ball screws on 3 axes are pretensioned and temperate compensated to avoid backlash and achieve the best possible positioning and repeatability accuracy.

The 3 axes employ class P4 angular contact ball bearings for superior axial rigidity.

The spindle runs in rigid class P4 precision bearings, and is precision ground for outstanding dynamic running accuracy and long service life.

TBV Series Vertical Machining Center

The rigid machine structure is an optimized equilateral triangle design.

Axes travels are transmitted by high precision ball screws to achieve excellent dynamical leveling.

The rigid base with uniform load distribution and massive construction creates a stable support. Machine accuracy is not affected by variation of foundation or leveling.

All structural parts are manufactured from Meehanite cast iron, featuring high tensile strength and wear resistance.
