rotary table model PSR-300 to address industry needs for high performance, low profile and large center hole-through rotary table actuators.

 

The design of the Planar ServoRingTM rotary table was optimized to reduce stage height to 42 mm which allows the user to reduce total system working height. Angular contact bearings are used to maximize performance with respect to wobble, moment stiffness and friction. PSR-300 Planar ServoRingTM rotary table has a large clear center aperture of 110 mm that can be used for air or wire line feed-through or beam delivery

 

Direct Drive design maximizes positioning performance of the Planar ServoRingTM http://www.intellidrives.com/direct-drive-rotary-c-28_34.html by utilizing “Lo-Cog” magnetic design assuring smooth rotation and dynamic performance delivering 120Nm peak torque.

 

Accurate Positioning is provided with 18,000 lines encoder that results in 0.1 arc-sec positioning resolution. The motor and rotary encoder are directly coupled to eliminate system backlash. The low inertia and zero backlash make Planar ServoRing the ideal solution for applications requiring frequent directional changes.

Air bearing XY table
