COMPANY HISTORY/PROFILE

Royal Mould Technologies Ltd. is centrally located in Toronto, Canada and operates from a 20,000sq.ft modern facility. Our business specializes in the design and manufacturing of tooling solutions for the plastic injection, structural foam, injection rubber, zinc and aluminum die-casting industries.

Our wide range of services include but are not limited to new proto-type and production tooling, but also covers engineering changes, re-furbishment, modifications and repair work for; small high precision multi-cavity moulds to medium to large 3-D moulds relying on CAM surfacing and CNC manufacturing technologies. The markets serviced include automotive, office products, electronics, consumer goods, construction, house-wares, appliances, playground, recreational etc.

The company was founded in 1979 by Mr. Angel Neira who is very active in the day to day operations. In 1996 a business decision was made to open Royal Mould Technologies to service and supply tooling in the medium to larger size products. Continuous improvement and investment in technology, equipment and resources is proof of our ongoing commitment to provide exceptional customer service.

Our mould-making philosophy though simple is; "clear, concise and open communication" between the entire project team consisting of our external customers and our internal customers. As a commitment, we have implemented systems that allow us to take a pro-active approach that will contribute to the overall success of the project.

From concurrent engineering including product development assistance, through our CAM manufacturing capabilities, we are positioned to provide tooling solutions where our customer's success translates into our success. One of the differentiating factors is; matching product design to the most efficient and effective production tooling solution.
