  1. Screen printing makes it possible to print on wide range of substrates.
  2. Screen printing makes it possible to print on the substrates with various shapes and sizes.
  3. Many kinds of ink are available.
  4. Thick coating is possible. (General stencil: 10-30 microns, Special stencil: more than 100 microns)
  5. Thick coating makes colors more vivid, finish more opaque and light-fastness better.
  6. As printing pressure is small, it is possible to print on fragile matters.
  7. As the stencil is soft, it is possible to print on hard materials such as glass and metal as well as soft materials such as paper and fabrics.
  8. The stencil is cheap, which is the advantage in case of production of small quantity.

Over-molded Plastic Filters


SHARE has years of experience in manufacturing insert injection molded filters for our proprietary in line strainers. We have expanded our insert injection molding capabilities to allow us to design and manufacture a wide range of insert molded custom products. Most of these products combine cylinders or flat blanks with thermoplastics or thermoplastic elastomers (TPE's). These products offer significant advantages over metal on mesh, welded or soldered designs. These components are made by taking a prefabricated mesh form and putting it into an injection mold. The mold closes around the mesh and plastic is injected to create a gasket and/or a support cage. Mesh sizes range from 10 microns openings up to 1500 microns openings. Our experienced engineering staff will assist you in the design of a component that will achieve your desired results.

Insert molding results in a better, more reliable filter because the filter mesh becomes one with the molded part. Our engineers have the experience to support your filter application through all phases of development including custom design, material selection, tight tolerance mold manufacture, rapid prototyping, validation testing and high or low volume manufacturing.

Polyester Filter Mesh


Share Filtration offers monofilament polyester filter mesh(low-elongation) with a wide range of mesh counts and significant advantages compared with traditional polyester filter mesh.

Monofilament mesh is woven from yarn that is extruded from heated polyester into a single strand conventional monofilament. Polyester screen fabric will elongate under tension: the higher the tension level, the more the thread can stretch. At excessive tension levels, the thread reaches its “plastic deformation” point, and the screen will no longer hold tension. Our polyester screen meshes are of high quality and precision with a wide range of from 25 meshes to 460 meshes/inch.

Our polyester monofilament woven screen meshes have excellent tear resistance which permits high fabric tensions to be achieved with virtually any commercially available stretching system. And very good dimensional stability guarantees highly reproducible tension.

Precision weaving of dimensionally stable threads produces fabric with predictable and close tolerance counts and mesh opening for consistent registration and sharp resolution.

Anatomy of Woven Mesh

1. Mesh: Designates the number of openings per inch (25.4mm)
2. Designates the measurement of the clear open space between parallel adjacent wires.
    Opening Size=25.4 mm÷Mesh Count−Wire Diameter
    Pitch=Opening Size+Wire Diameter; or 25.4mm÷Mesh Count
    Open Area %=(Opening Size)2÷(Opening Size+Wire Diameter)2×100
3. Designates the diameter of wire before weaving. With a same mesh count, when the wire diameter is different, the opening size and open area are significantly changed.

Mesh Filter Bags

SHARE is able to supply a full range of standard filter bags and non-standard filter bags for liquid filtration for most of the filter housing on the market, and SHARE is also capable of customizing the filter bags to clients' requirements.

Material Selection:
Felt Bags (needle-punched filter felt)
 – Filtration Felt (or needle-punched filter felt) is a low cost disposable media with depth-filtration qualities and high solids-loading capacity. Felt FIlter Bags are available in polyester, polypropylene, nylon, Nomex, and Teflon. Filtration Felts are available with a glazed or singed outer finish to minimize fiber migration from the filter surface.

Felt bags are available in micron ratings from 1um to 300um.

Mono-filament Filter Mesh Bags – Mono-filament Mesh is an extremely strong material with precise weaving to ensure consistent aperture/pore sizes. It is reusable in many applications.  Nylon is the most widely used material.  Mono-filament Mesh Bags are available in micron ratings from 8 to 1200 microns.

Multi-filament Filter Mesh Bags – Multi-filament Mesh is a low cost, disposable filter media. Multi-filament mesh is available in polyester and nylon. Multi-filament Mesh Bags are available in micron ratings from 75 to 1500 microns.

Bag Design:
      Top Sealing--- Standard bags are available with an array of sealing options: A Ring Top (Galvanized steel, stainless steel), Plastic Flange (Collar) Top with handles molded in, Drawstring or "tie-on" Top. Ring Bags can have optional handles or pull tabs sewn in to ease filter bags take-off. Both Ring and Flange Top Bags fit a wide range of filter bag housings.

     Sealing Style--- Welded or Sewn

Tie-on and Blank Top Bags are used in filtration system without filter housings and are available in an enormous variety of shapes and sizes.
