Please I need the heat capacity of LDPE , as solid , and liquid , an the Latent Capacity when melting or solidifing.

I need to know how much heat I shall remove to cool a flow from 220 ° C , to 20 °C
So it could be 3 HEAT capacity

1.-The sensible or Heat Capacity for liquid from 220 °C to the melting point

2.-The latent Heat Capacity at the melting point 108 - 121 °C

3.- The sensible or Heat Capacity for solid the melting point  to 20°C

The flow is about 100 Kg/ hour.

Thank in advance.
