hmmm...good deal.  That's a bit more torque than I was anticipating, but that's OK.  This is a surgical tool that will be used near the spine, so it's going to be a delicate operation, but still relatively sturdy use.
I think that the 75-100 range would suffice.  Probably a bit overdesign, but, unless I get in there with torque measuring devices (of which we neither have the time or money to invest in such measurements) then I'll never really know.  Always better to err on the side of caution though.
