I have a few questions for you, they are...

(1) If the two co-axial holes were for clearance, would you use position inplace of run-out and take advantage of a modifier?  

(2) When you mention using total run-out in place of parallelism because parallelism only controls the surface in one direction, how do you know what this direction is? (or is that the problem?)
