re: scale--Don't expect.  INSPECT!

Whenever I am forced to take measurements from a drawing, I double check the scale.  I do this by measuring some existing dimensions first to see by what factor they are off.  It is important to check in both X and Y directions, since sometimes paper can stretch as it is plotted or copied.
