Disregarding drag, the landing position of the balls is solely dependent on velocity at the end of the ramp.

You can use an energy balance to determine how much energy is imparted to a ball from the run down the ramp.  The KE at the end of the run is the sum of the translational and rotational KE.  Use these to determine final speed.
