You shall consider each side as uniform loaded  by  13.75231 pound /inch2

It's a heavy  load
Your 28000 lbs load only exert a  0.555428571 pound /inch2

So it does  compesate almost nothing from the other side load.

Beware of buckling the sides because on each  vertical latelar side you have 263088 POUND  so on each Inch at the border you will have about  263088/ 606 inch (perimeter ) = 434.1386139 lbs/ inch  
This is the load to be support by the longitudinal welding

Following is a load analisis of each element

all this is taking only the beams a the element that will support all loads
It is no taking in consideration the shell .


From here , take your calculus skill and calc.

Sure the tube shall be rectangular instead cuad, it is better a 2 x 6  tube than a 4 x 4,   it wieght the same but it resist 1.68 times the cuad
