Sir,

Thanks for your comment and suggestion. One thing I forgot to mention in previous message is besides vacuum load and product load apply to the floor, there also dynamic load from fork truck frequently driven on the chamber floor. The bouncing from the fork truck probably has caused fatigue in the welds leading to a numbers of cracks. I just went to see the chamber recently, I realized that the roof and the side walls curve in also.
