Thanks for the clarification.  It is odd how some insist on sticking their foot in their mouth while trying to make an 'issue' out of a question...

I thought the analysis was right; although my gut feel was that the answer was too small, it was clear the 2+ lbs. was much too large!  By the way, the result of this proved correct; when I poured 1.25 oz. (0.078 * 16 oz./lb.) of material into the cavity, it came right up to the mark!
