Feasibility question
Another disadvantage with using leaves for anything is that they only fall one season a year.  Whatever you do with them, you can only do for a few months every year.

Maybe waste material (paper, leaves etc) could be made into some kind of synthetic wood.  It could be mixed with adhesive and some strong fibre like carbon fibre, to give it some strength and pressed into shapes like floor boards for the construction industry.
