Sjoerdtje: You are right; this is too thick compared to the radii to comfortably use a plate formula.

Your statement is rather inconsistent otherwise, however.

1. You say that a plastic calculation, not an elastic calculation, is required. Why? You certainly don't give any basis for this statement.

2. You say, "there works a uniform distributed or not uniform load." I presume by this you are saying that the load may be uniform or the load may be nonuniform. If it is nonuniform, you have given no information at all about how it is distributed. How the calculation is to be made will depend to some degree on how the load is described. This needs to be made more clear.

Please get your problem put together a little bit better so that someone may be able to help you. -- Sam
