Current Topic:
drilling delrin

Gerdb, is it possible to drill from each side of the part? I'd try using a screw machine stub drill choked up close to the flutes and drill half-way from each side, that way you can control the start point of the hole. Or perhaps a single straight flute drill like those for die work, or perhaps a spade type drill, or even a parabolic flute drill.

If the hole were larger, I'd suggest something like a forstner bit or a hole broach/hole saw.
