Stress relieving of aluminum weld mount

After welding 6061-T6, temper will drop to T4 within one inch of weld.  I don't believe going to 200 will do anything, if you mean degrees F.  That is pretty benign.  Going to 350F will cause some stress relief.  That may change part dimensions if that is concern.
