Unfilled PAEK is a subcategory of Polyaryletherketone. The additative is added during the manufacturing process. Its tensile strength ranges from 10200 to 15000 MPa at break. Its elongation at break ranges from 30 to 150 %. Its specific gravity ranges from 1.3 to 1.32. Its molding pressure ranges from 10 to 20 MPa.
Polyaryletherketone, also known as PAEK, is a thermoplastic polycondensate. poly(etherether-ketone) It provides high performance with excelent high-temperature properties. Its applications include airplane and automobile parts, chemical plants, oil, gas, and steam processing equipments.
