Katal (kat) is a unit in the category of Enzymatic activity. It is also known as katals. This unit is commonly used in the SI unit system. Katal (kat) has a dimension of T-1N where T is time, and N is amount of substance. It essentially the same as the corresponding standard SI unit mol/s.
