Polyetheretherketone, also known as PEEK, has been mass-produced since 1962.

High heat distortion temperature, high chemical resistance, and high radiation resistance. Good electrical properties, good slip and wear characteristics, and low flammability. Easy processing, no thermal after-treatment of injection molding.
