Displacement of a free circular plate

How can I compute the displacement of a free circular plate of radius r1 under a uniformly distributed load applied over 0 < r < r0 (not 0 < r < r1 )with a simply-supported ring at r=r0.

It's a very similar condition to the Free-Simply Supported Circular Plates case of the efunda plate calculator
