Export latest Solidworks bodies to older version

Hi,

Solidworks does not export to previous versions.

1) What is the best workaround to export a large assembly from one of the recent Solidworks versions to a 2013 version so that all the bodies can be selected and moved around in the 2013 version? 

2) if it can be done just by choosing one of the standard file types, which one is best?
