PTFE is a subcategory of Fluoroplastics.
Fluoroplastics, also known as PTFE, is a thermoplastic polymer. The most common trade name is Teflon. THV-400 It has low mechanical strength and is expensive. It has very low coefficient of friction. PTFE is commonly used in applications needing excellent dielectric strength and chemical and temperature resistance.
Additional Information
Other common Fluoroplastics (PTFE) include PTFE, Granular PTFE, 25% Glass Fiber Reinforced PTFE, PTFE, Unfilled PTFE, 20% Milled Glass Fiber PTFE, Unfilled Film PTFE, Filled Film PTFE, Molding and Extrusion PTFE, Wire and Cable Jacketing PTFE, 30% PAN Carbon Fiber EMI Shilding (conductive) PTFE, Unfilled PTFE, 25% Glass Fiber Reinforced PTFE, PTFE, PTFE, and PE-CTFE PTFE.
