15% Glass Reinforced, V-0 PTA is a subcategory of Polyphthalamide. The additative is added by weight during the manufacturing process. Its flexural modulus ranges from 1000 to 1700 MPa. Its flexural strength ranges from 24400 to 26600 MPa. Its Izod Impact strength ranges from 0.6 to 0.8 J/cm.
Polyphthalamide, also known as PTA, is a thermoplastic polycondensate.
